`resolvers`	array	cloudflare, google, quad9, or a DoH JSON endpoint URL. Tried in order.
`maxConcurrency`	integer	Concurrency
`ignoreIpChanges`	boolean	CDNs rotate IPs constantly; when on, IP changes are reported but don't count as a DNS change.
`monitorMode`	boolean	Remember records per domain; flag added/removed records.
`onlyChanged`	boolean	In monitor mode, output only domains whose DNS changed.

How to run
